Hey! I’m Kass!
(Kyssanda is my full name, Kass for short!)
A bit more about me;
I’m a solo mumma of 3, building and juggling all the things and my global biz.
Life as we know has its twists and turns and for the love of it, I faired more trauma then most. And it wasn’t until the last 9 years did I truly identify how, where, why and what all these twists and turns where trying to let me know! It lead me through some pretty sensational times with international travel and living abroad, to significant roles in management and operations across many industries such as retail, corporate, mining, to even flipping my own restaurant from scratch!
At 15yrs old, I knew I wanted to help wayward teens from unstable backgrounds to find direction & clarity for their own life path. Maybe because that’s what I craved! My grandparents were my role models and idols of my childhood. They still are and will be forever.
Now I’ve found myself doing exactly this….helping teens, children, adults and families, heal, grow & thrive from their childhood wounds. My twists and turns and trauma has given me an expansive blueprint and foundation to which my lived experience paired with my own healing, clinical training and professional development helps me help those, who are now where I’ve already been. Where I navigated out of generational trauma, parental narcissism, toxic trauma and the deep depths of narcissistic abuse in a relationship.
Which leads me to the last 5 years where I’m healing the collective from these spaces on an international scale. Did I ever think I’d be helping at that enormous level. Heck no! But that’s the proof that the universe has plans bigger then you can ever imagine.
My clinical quals; I’m a Registered Counsellor, Clinical Hypnotherapist & Psychotherapist, Clinical Counselling and Hypnotherapist Supervisor and Business Coach with my own therapy private practice in Australia. I have a host of business, finance, management and leadership quals too!
I bring Holistic Therapy and Healing to another level with Hypnotherapy, Breathwork, EMDR, NLP , EFT, Reiki, Sound and Energetic Healing.
In the online space I’m known as a Trauma Recovery Coach who provides safe spaces for people (women in particular) to unlock their true potential and stand in their element. Breaking through narcissistic, childhood trauma & generational trauma with therapeutic techniques & healing, guiding and teaching energetic and strategic shifts for them to quantum leap in their life and biz for ultimate success.
